Admission Process

Fee Structure

Admission is open to female candidates only. Candidates with teaching experience in a nursery school will be given preference.

Minimum qualification for admission in Diploma in Early Childhod Education Course ( 2 year ) is Senior School Certificate/Intermediate (10+2 ) or equivalent examination with 50% marks. Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST.

Prospectus cum Application Form are available at the Reception of D.P.S.E. Institute, DAV Model School, Sector-15A, Chandigarh on all working days between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
 

During the two years course emphasis is laid on the first 5 yrs of life during the 1st year and development of 6-8 yrs are dealt with in the 2nd year. Teacher trainees are taught the various aspects of child development, child rights, school management through the theory subjects and practicals.

Sale of prospectus / admission form commences from :- 1st April.

Kindly bring Original Certificates and 5 Passport size photographs.
 

No entrance test.
Only for girls.
